Love what you did in class and want to repeat it?

We will list some of the sequences from our classes here so that you can practice what you learned and felt in class. The names will be in Sanskrit with a few English translations, and unfortunately there is no way to post pictures, so you will have to rely on memory and reference Light On Yoga. It is a 'blog' so you can comment or ask questions.
