Yoga Pose 5

Awareness of back of neck and skull lengthening and trapezieus releasing away from head. Using the gaze of the eyes to stay present. Observing the nature and quality of the breath.

Supta Baddha Konasana with base of hips on a lift and back flat on the floor, 10 min

Bharadvajasana, 2x, second holding arm behind back, going as far as possible. Head turning away from twist

Marichyasana III, 2 times working the arm further down the outside of the knee, turning the head away from twist.

Adho Mukha Svanasana, head supported, 3 min

Uttanasana, head supported, 5 min

Prasarita Padottanasana, forehead and folded arms on chair seat, 5 min

Sirsasana, 5 min

Parsva Sirsasana, Upavistha Konasana, Baddha Konasana, 5 min total

Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana on chair with crown of head supported, 8 min

Bharadvajasana on chair, 2x

Janu Sirsasana, supported, 3 min/side

Trianga Mukakapada Paschimottanasana, supported, 3 min/side

Paschimottanasana, 3 min

Halasana, 5 min

Sarvangasana, 5 min

(Setubandha Sarvangasana, 5 min. Did not do due to time)

Ujiyii I on trifold observing 1 in 3 breaths and the transition between, 10 min

Savasana, 5 min
