Go to the Schedule Page to pre-register for classes. Create a zoom account and download the app to join Zoom.us. Register at last an hour prior to the class in order to receive the email link to the Zoom class. You will need to sign up for the class to be sent the link and password. If you have trouble accessing the schedule it is because of some browsers. We are aware of the problem and have been told that Wellness Living is working on it. Feeling tired or discouraged or tossing and turning in bed, often scattered or ready to bust out the door of your home office?
Come try this Focus Class and learn some techniques that can help establish new habits and ways to change; learn to manage to relax and let go. Simple yoga for anyone regardless of experience. Come Zoom with Sue. Register online or download the Focus Class Relax and Renew flier to mail in a check. You need to have the zoom app and pre-register at least 1 hour prior to class in order to receive the link and password.
We are excited to host a special evening with Settle Into Stillness, Conscious Relaxation Infused with Sacred Sound. Join Jeremy and Nancy in an evening class for a supported breath centered Restorative Yoga practice paired with soothing and healing sounds. The Event has been cancelled for now. Please watch for when we will be able to reschedule.
