Stretch/Strengthen/Breathe: classes to fit your needs. See all the levels of class descriptions. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method.
Register online or mail a check with your name and class information see General Information for registration, fee and policy information. Drop in students welcome, drop in fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class. 14 week Fall 2019 session fees: Beginning, Advanced Beginning, Supported, Intermediate and 50+: $196/check or cash. Continuing: $266. $3.00 convenience fee added for credit.
New to yoga? Come to a class to try it out for free. Just show up 5-10 minutes early to let the teacher know. When you decide to sign up for the session the fee will be pro-rated. Experienced students are always welcome to drop in to our classes ($20 drop in fee).
