Registering is a Several Step Process

#1 To Register view the Schedule to Select Class and Purchase a Pass for the Fall Series or a Drop In single class.

  • View the Schedule and click on specific class/day/time to begin to register. (Link to the process description with page pictures.)
  • Select the exact Pass you want to purchase and click “Purchase”
  • Review purchase and click “Confirm” at bottom left.
  • Book the exact days you want to enroll in the class. (Please note that if you purchase either the Half Series Pass or a Drop in Pass you need to be careful to Book the exact days you want. Note that the Half Series allows you to only Book 7 days even though all possible days will be displayed knowing that the day you clicked on when viewing the schedule will be one of the 7 enrollments.)

You will then get confirmation zoom links for your class(es), or a confirmation of the In Person registration.

The process is like going to an amusement park: walk in the gate, go to the ticket booth and purchase some tickets (the specific pass). Then go to a ride and use the ticket (Register/Book your class) to ride.

Pay what you can is available by contacting Sue.

Thoughts on Why Inclusivity Is Imperative

Black people and their lives matter. They matter to all of us.

Everyone, no matter their race, gender, ethnicity or background matters and they are important. We must stop defining people with divisive and thoughtless definitions.

Please read the rest of Sue’s thoughts by clicking on Inclusivity.

Stretch/Strengthen/Breathe

The Yoga Space has been helping people for over 20 years find balance in their lives. This is especially true now! The virtual platform is convenient; get away from “zoom fatigue” join with others in a relaxed way; no need to impress anyone, feel a part of a community. Iyengar Yoga offers unique ways to move that relieve the fatigue and tightness of sitting in front of a computer or dealing with grumpy kids, or that feeling of loneliness and overall feeling of being cooped up inside all day.

Find balance in your life:

strength v flexibility

agitation v slugishness

energy v inertia

distraction v attention

Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, learn their limits, observe themselves, respect and know their bodies. Change and growth should be the student’s choice. Classes are progressive and each class is different depending on the make up of the class. Teachers have gone through a rigorous training and are Iyengar Certified.

You can find home practice suggestions on our Practice Ideas page.
