Make ups: The classes will be recorded and emailed after the class. Those who cannot attend in person can use the recoded class for make up. It will not be possible to attend other classes if you are not registered for the class.

Everyone, whether working, retired or in school, caring for someone sick or aging, is stressed right now. Take 90 minutes for yourself to take a breath and relax. Take a moment to renew and replenish your energy and recharge. This Zoom class will help. Saturday, November 14. 9:30 – 11:00 am with Sue. Register a minimum of an hour before to receive the link and information.

Black people and their lives matter. They matter to all of us.
Everyone, no matter their race, gender, ethnicity or background matters and they are important. We must stop defining people with divisive and thoughtless definitions.

Why We Are Not Having In Studio Classes?
Michigan is no longer under a stay at home order and many businesses have reopened with new safety guidelines, but our studio remains closed to in house classes. Here are several reasons why:
