Drop in students welcome, drop in fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class. 14 week Fall 2018 session fees: Beginning and Intermediate: $196/check or cash. Continuing $266/check or cash. $3.00 convenience fee added for credit.

Special Focus Classes
Need a kickstart or some ideas for your home practice? Plan to come to Pam’s How to Practice class on Sunday, February 3 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Need to rest and restore. Pam will hold her Restorative Class on Friday, February 8 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Register online or see the flier. And then again on Sunday, April 7 from 5:00 – 6:30 pm. Register for that class online or with the flier.
Sue is teaching a Focus class Sunday, March 24 from 1:00 – 3:30 pm that will lead you to explore going past the basic instructions of asana to the deeper layers of the body and self toward an understanding of the consciousness and feelings of equipoise. New To Yoga?
If you have never tried yoga you are welcome to come to a class to try it out for free. Just show up 5-10 minutes early to let the teacher know. If you decide to sign up for the session the fee will be pro-rated accordingly. Experienced students are always welcome to drop in to our classes.
