Stretch/Strengthen/Breathe: classes to fit your needs. See our Beginning, Intermediate, Experienced (Continuing), Special Needs and Focus class descriptions. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method.
Register online or mail a check with your name and class information see General Information for registration, fee and policy information. Drop in students welcome, drop in fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class. 14 week Fall 2018 session fees: Beginning and Intermediate: $196/check or cash. Continuing $266/check or cash. $3.00 convenience fee added for credit.

Welcome Dexter Community School Employees. You can see your teacher to arrange the Preferred Business Discount. Beginning classes meet Wednesday or Thursday at 6:00 pm. Experienced students can join other classes.

Yoga For Runners

Runners need to learn how to balance out their active life style with a practice that will improve joint and muscle health and combat some of the stiffness that can come with running. Free Yoga Class
Friday, August 31, 6:00 – 7:00 pm
All are welcome to come try out yoga or come as an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga you will discover how good yoga will make you feel! Sue Salaniuk will be teaching.
