Quieting Yourself and Immune

You can practice this a couple times a week. There is a morning and evening suggestion. Or try one one day and the other a second day.

    Thanks , Sue!
    I have ropes at home but I already can’t remember how to attach them to do a ropes headstand! Can you send a diagram?
