We offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs. See our Beginning, Intermediate, Experienced (Continuing), Special Needs and Special Focus Classes. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training are also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method. Drop in students are welcome, drop in fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class.
Special Focus Classes
Thursdays 5:45 – 7:00 pm
Beginning breathing techniques for Iyengar students with at at least 6 months or more experience. Pranayama helps clear your mind, steady your nervous system and develop respiratory and cardiovascular health. Experience with inversions is required. Pranayama is a step in from the physical body to drawing the senses and mind inside. A small number of poses will be done to prepare both the body and mind for working with the breath. Dress for comfort and warmth. Register with the regular Summer 2017 schedule.
Free Yoga Class
Friday, July 28, 6:00 – 7:00 pm
All are welcome to come try out yoga or come as an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga you will discover how good yoga will make you feel! Pam Lindberg will be teaching.
