We offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs. See our Beginning, Intermediate, Experienced (Continuing), Special Needs and Special Focus Class descriptions. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training are also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method. Drop in students are welcome, drop in fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class.

This is a class for men: beginners or experienced who wish to work with others on their physical, mental and spiritual health. Come join James and explore the possibilities that yoga presents. Fridays, 1:30 – 3:00 pm
Special Focus Classes
Learning to become quiet and still is important. In this class you will hold poses longer and use props to open your body to relieve deeply held tension. January 28, 5:00 – 6:30 pm

Free Yoga Class

All are welcome to come try out yoga or come as an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga you will discover how good yoga will make you feel! Sue Salaniuk will be teaching.
