We offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs. See our Beginning, Intermediate, Experienced (Continuing), Special Needs and Special Focus Classes. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training are also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method. Drop in students are welcome, fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class.
Special Focus Classes

This class is a necessary addition to a hectic holiday season. Come and learn how to give your body and mind a break from the stress of the season. Learn how to slow down and take some time for yourself and restore and renew. Pam Lindberg is teaching. Sign up here.
Saturday Study Day
2:00 – 4:30 pm Asana 5:00 – 6:00 pm Pranayama
This afternoon study day is for students who want to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga. The class explores asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing) while incorporating philosophy. Free Yoga Class
Friday, December 30, 6:00 – 7:00 pm
All are welcome to come try out yoga or come as an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga you will discover how good yoga will make you feel! Sue Salaniuk will be teaching.
