Please join us for a Communal Remembrance Tuesday, August 26 from 8:30 – 9:00 pm for a short practice together.
Free Class: Friday, August 29 6:00 – 7:00 pm
All are welcome to come. Come try out yoga or come to an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga, come and discover how good you will feel at the end of class! Sue Salaniuk will be teaching.
Please join us during out Welcome Back to Class Week, September 2 -6 when we will be hold a series of both Free Classes and some Special Focus classes where we will donate the fee to a local charity.
