We offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs. See our Beginning, Intermediate, Experienced (Continuing), Special Needs and Special Focus Classes. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training are also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method. Drop in students are welcome, fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class.

Saturday Study Day
2:00 -4:30 Asana &/or 5:00 – 6:00 pm Pranayama
For all students who wish to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga. We will explore pranayama (yogic breathing) and asana (poses) while incorporating yoga philosophy. All levels are welcome, but at least one previous session of Iyengar yoga is recommended. A handout will accompany each class to support independent practice. Free Yoga Class
Friday, September 30, 6:00 – 7:00 pm
All are welcome to come try out yoga or come as an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga you will discover how good yoga will make you feel! Sue Salaniuk is teaching.
Three Part Mini Series
This three part series will help you learn to recognize signs of stress and teach you several means to begin to mitigate and overcome the physical and mental reactions. Each session will focus on one of the three basic reactions to stress and how yoga can help you manage. Come to any class or all three.
