We offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs. See our Beginning, Intermediate, Experienced (Continuing), Special Needs and Special Focus Class descriptions. Private Lessons and Teacher Seminars/Training are also available. Our teachers are certified in the Iyengar method. Drop in students are welcome, drop in fees: $20 for 1 1/2 hr. class; $25 for a 2 hr. class.

Special Focus Classes
Sunday, November 19
5:00 – 6:30 pm
Learning to become quiet and still is important. In this class you will hold poses longer and use props to open your body to relieve deeply held tension. On The Mat for Charity
Fundraising for a local charity during the week of Thanksgiving. This year we are fundraising for Habitat for Humanity with three classes: Monday, November 20 and two on Saturday, November 25. Come learn how to use a chair, to “ignite your fire” or deepen your philosophical understanding of yoga. On The Mat class descriptions.
Free Yoga Class
Friday, November 24, 6:00 – 7:00 pm
All are welcome to come try out yoga or come as an extra class. This monthly Friday evening class is a great way to relax, finish off the week and get ready for the weekend. If you are curious about yoga you will discover how good yoga will make you feel! Sue Salaniuk will be teaching.
